About

Nature-inspired illustrations
from my Hampshire studio.

Hello, I’m Rachel…

As an illustrator focused on the natural world, I thrive on collaborations that bring species and places to life -creating images that strengthen connection and belonging.

My work spans publishing, editorial, and informational illustration, with a growing focus on narrative nonfiction children’s picture books.

With over 10 years of freelance experience, I hold an MA in Illustration (with full distinctions) from Falmouth University and a first-class BA in the Anthropology of Art - underpinned by a background in conservation communication.
